In case you’re wondering about the name.. I guess it comes from the fact that most of my midnights are spent listening to music..
An Introduction.
My name is Emma. I am 20 years old, born and raised in Ireland, and am currently a student in my dream college, doing my dream course. From a young age, I had two passions – writing and music. For years, I sang to my heart’s content, attended concerts, listened to music 24/7 and wrote stories so much that I annoyed my parents every day by reading them – though they never got annoyed, they are undoubtedly my biggest fans. I was never seen without a book in my hand and headphones.
During my teenage years, I decided I would become a music journalist – something I believed was the perfect route for me to take. I wanted to combine my passions of music and writing, and this only seemed right.
I am currently studying Journalism, hoping that one day I can be a successful music journalist.
I attend concerts regularly, perhaps too regularly if you ask my bank account, and have always written a short article after each one. Now, however, I am taking it to the next step, hoping to interview the acts whose concerts I attend.
On this blog, you can expect interviews, articles about artists, new releases and maybe even a few lists (Top 10 songs of ___) etc – I do love my lists.
I do hope you enjoy this blog, as I know I’ll have a lot of fun writing it.
